Job Description
To ensure that all chicken parts entering the spiral/oven are placed as to not touch
Qualifications
- Must be at workstation on time with all work apparel clean, sanitized and with all required safety equipment 10
- Must obey all safety, USDA, HACCP, and plant rules and regulations 10
- Must place all chicken parts on spiral/oven so the parts do not touch 79 1,2 Must keep area clean at all times
- To donn PPE 1
- Perform any duties required by management
